Yes, the Powerline Socket has a built in managed switch which provides QoS, tagged VLAN and other advanced networking functionality which can be configured for different priority traffic.

The managed switch and Powerline chip support a 6 band QoS which is preconfigured to support SIP, IPTV, Multicast, Web and UDP connections.  This means that what comes in through the router is subject to .1q tagging and if it is already tagged then it should get priority.
