Ensure that one Powerline Socket is connected to the router to share Internet connectivity between all the Powerline Sockets installed in the same network.  The router can be connected to any of the Powerline Sockets.

Try isolating the Powerline Socket by plugging a computer directly into the router and test the Internet connection.  Check the Ethernet cables and if this does not work, then there is possibly a problem with the Internet connection and you need to contact your Internet Service Provider or IT department.
